1. Who we are
The Marketing Outlet is a print and digital marketing company located at 131 8th St. Suite B, New Cumberland, PA 17070. For personal information we collect about our own customers and website visitors, we decide how and why it is used. For personal information collected through a digital product that one of our customers runs for their own business, we act as that customer's service provider (seeInformation collected for our customers).

- Order details: billing and shipping addresses, products and options selected, order history and notes you give us.

If you choose "Continue with Google," Google shares with us your name, email address and profile picture, depending on your Google settings. We do not receive your Google password.
Information collected automatically
When you use the Site, we and our service providers automatically collect technical and usage information, such as your IP address, device and browser type, operating system, referring page, pages and products viewed, time and date of visits, approximate location derived from your IP address, and similar diagnostic data. We collect this using cookies, pixels, scripts and similar technologies (seeCookies and similar technologies).
3. How we use information
- to provide, produce, deliver and support your orders, accounts and digital products;
- to process payments, prevent fraud and keep the Site and our customers secure;
- to respond to chat, text, email and phone inquiries, and to send order, proof, shipping and account messages;
- to send marketing and promotional messages where you have asked for them or where the law allows, with a way to opt out;
- to measure and improve the Site, products and customer experience, and to develop new features;
- to comply with law, enforce our Terms, resolve disputes, and protect our rights and the rights of others; and
- for any other purpose you agree to when you give us the information.
4. Text messaging and mobile information
We do not share mobile information or text messaging opt-in data and consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. All the categories below exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
If you give us your mobile number and agree to receive texts, such as by entering your number in our website chat, a form or an order, or by texting us first, we collect and keep your number, the date and way you gave consent, the content of our messages, and delivery information. We use it to send the messages you asked for, to respond to you, to keep a record of your consent and to comply with the law. We may share it only with service providers that help us send and carry the messages, such as our messaging platform and mobile carriers and aggregators, and only for that purpose. Message frequency varies, message and data rates may apply, and you can reply STOP at any time to cancel or HELP for help. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase. Full details are in the text messaging section of our Terms & Conditions.
5. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information for money. We share it in these situations:
- Service providers. Companies that work for us, including payment processors, hosting and database providers, email and messaging providers, analytics providers, and our chat provider, which may only use it to provide services to us.
- Printers, vendors and shipping carriers. To produce and deliver your order, we share your artwork, order details and shipping information with the printers, manufacturers, fulfillment partners and carriers we use, who may be located in different places. We do not always identify which vendor handles a particular order.
- Your own business partners. If you ask us to publish or share something, such as a digital business card or landing page, the information you put in it is visible to the people you share it with.
- Legal and safety. When we believe disclosure is required by law, subpoena or legal process, or is needed to protect rights, property, safety or against fraud.
- Business transfers. In connection with a merger, financing, sale or reorganization of all or part of our business, where the information would be handled under this policy or a successor policy.
- With your consent or at your direction.
6. Website chat (LeadConnector)
Our website chat is provided by LeadConnector, LLC. When you open chat or send a message, LeadConnector processes your messages and any contact details you enter, along with technical information such as your IP address and browser, on our behalf, and it may use cookies or similar technologies to operate chat. We use that information to answer you and to follow up. If you share your mobile number in chat, that is handled as described in the text messaging section above. LeadConnector's handling of information is described in itsPrivacy PolicyandTerms of Service. Please do not put payment card numbers, government ID numbers, passwords or other sensitive information in chat.
7. Information collected for our customers
Some of our digital products, such as digital business cards, QR code destinations and interactive games, are used by our customers to talk to their own customers. If you interact with one of those products, for example by entering your name or phone number to play a game or to send your details, the business that runs it decides what is collected and why. We process that information for them as their service provider. That business's own privacy notice governs its use. To access, correct or delete information you gave a business through one of these products, please contact that business directly; we will help them respond to your request.
8. Cookies and similar technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies (including scripts and pixels) to make the Site work, remember your preferences and sign-in, understand how the Site is used, and measure our marketing. You can control cookies through your browser settings, and blocking some may affect how the Site works. Some browsers offer a "Do Not Track" signal; because there is no common standard, the Site does not currently respond to Do Not Track signals. We may recognize opt-out preference signals, such as Global Privacy Control, where the law requires.
9. How long we keep information
We keep personal information for as long as needed for the purposes in this policy, such as maintaining your account and order history, meeting tax, accounting and legal requirements, keeping records of consent, and resolving disputes. When we no longer need it, we delete it or make it anonymous, unless the law requires us to keep it.
10. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect personal information, including encrypted connections and access controls. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential.
11. Your choices and rights
- Marketing emails: use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email.
- Text messages: reply STOP to any text to cancel.
- Cookies: adjust your browser settings.

Depending on where you live, such as California, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Virginia and other states, you may have the right to know and access the personal information we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, to receive a copy, to opt out of targeted advertising or the sale or sharing of personal information, and not to be treated unfairly for using these rights. We do not sell personal information for money. To make a request, contact us using the details below. We may need to verify your identity, and we will respond within the time the law requires, generally within 45 days. You may use an authorized agent, and you may appeal a denial by replying to our response. California residents may ask once per year which categories of personal information we disclosed for third parties' direct marketing purposes; we do not make such disclosures.
12. Children
The Site is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
13. Where information is processed
We and our service providers process information in the United States and may do so in other countries. By using the Site you understand your information may be transferred to, stored and processed in places where data protection laws may differ from those where you live.
14. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top shows the latest version. If we make material changes, we will take reasonable steps to let you know, for example by posting a notice on the Site or contacting you.
